EVA Squat Wedge — Heel Elevation for Deeper Squats & Calf Raises
A squat wedge elevates your heels during squats, allowing you to sit deeper with a more upright torso — even if your ankle mobility is limited. This is the same principle used in Olympic weightlifting shoes, but in a portable foam block you can take anywhere. If your heels lift off the ground during squats or your torso tips forward, a wedge fixes both problems immediately.
